He began his journalism career with the paper in 2015 and has over six years of experience in the field. Hassan has also worked at Channel News Maldives (CNM) and as a multimedia journalist at MV+. His reporting brings together perspectives on island communities, conservation, and social justice, with a focus on amplifying the voices of underrepresented and marginalised groups.
