Youth stabbed in Hulhumalé
The 22-year-old man was stabbed in the head.

A 22-year-old man was stabbed in the head Thursday night in the capital’s suburb Hulhumalé.
He was taken to the Hulhumalé hospital around 9:30 pm, according to a hospital official, who said his condition was stable.
The attack follows three stabbings in as many days in Hulhumalé late last month.
A 29-year-old man was stabbed on the night of July 21, a day after a 24-year-old was stabbed seven times.
All the stabbing victims recovered without serious injuries, according to the hospital spokesman.
