The Judicial Service Commission launched disciplinary proceedings against five High Court judges over alleged ethics violations. The media identified the judges under investigation as Mohamed Faisal, Fathimath Farheeza, Mohamed Niyaz, Hussain Mazeed, and Dheebanaz Fahmy. On Wednesday, Abdulla Jameel Moosa replaced Faisal as acting chief judge for undisclosed reasons.
