Maldives wins first gold medal in an international sporting event
A Maldivian athlete made history on Sunday, winning the first gold medal at an international sporting event. Hassan Saaid won the gold medal for the 100 meter sprint at the ongoing Indian Ocean Island Games (IOIG).
