Two arrested over gang-related stabbing

Two people have been arrested over a gang-related stabbing from Monday night.
The 28-year old and 29-year old were arrested under court warrant, police confirmed.
A group assaulted a 21-year old in Gan, Laamu atoll, while he had been at Mathimaradhoo town’s futsal ground, local media reported.
He was attacked using sharp objects and steel pipes. He was stabbed multiple times in the back.
