Two arrested over gang-related stabbing
A 21-year-old was attacked with steel pipes and sharp objects.

Two people have been arrested over a gang-related stabbing from Monday night.
The 28-year old and 29-year old were arrested under court warrant, police confirmed.
A group assaulted a 21-year old in Gan, Laamu atoll, while he had been at Mathimaradhoo town’s futsal ground, local media reported.
He was attacked using sharp objects and steel pipes. He was stabbed multiple times in the back.
The incident took place around 12:15 am and the victim is being treated at L. Gan Regional Hospital.
Islanders told RaajjeMV it was a revenge attack for an earlier incident.
Police crime statistics have been unavailable online since January.
